Our Work on the 20' Telescope

Blue Joule Corporation is an engineering firm that designs high-performance control systems for demanding applications, including target tracking and laser beam directing. They also design and manufacture optical telescopes and RF antenna gimbals for land-, sea-, and aircraft-based deployments. This system is one of their designs.

Nova Research was contracted to provide mechanical assembly (including metal fabrication, welding, and 3D printing) of the gimbal components and transport trailer, electrical systems design for the trailer and associated equipment, and electronic design and assembly of several subassemblies for this project.
